When being massaged by Amy, I am ‘in my body’ completely immersed in this experience, enjoying her marvellous touch, beautiful scents, calming music and warm blankets. Had the most lovely treatment yesterday with Lynsay. It may have been frosty with a touch of snow outside, but it was warm and relaxing inside. Love the thoughtful touch of the warm lavender scented eye mask. I felt so relaxed after and my body fully appreciated the treatment. I highly recommend Tranquil Flow Lymphatics

After a long week of working I found myself spoiled in Diane's hands. We always talk at first and this is how Diane adjust the proper oil and technique to my needs. It's a bespoke treatment which is also filled with nice atmosphere and finished with a happy body and mind.

I had a hot stone massage with Jess and it was a fantastic experience end to end. I didn’t realise how tight my shoulders were until she worked on that area. The pressure across my back and legs was perfect & the temperature of the hot stones was great. I particularly enjoyed the warm up to the hot stones where she held them for a moment so her hands were warmer than body temperature, she continued with the massage with warmer hands and then built up to the stones which was a gentle transition. I left the experience feeling as flexible as a gymnast! Thank you Jess!
