I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

Had lymphatic drainage full body Deeply relaxing, afterwards felt very thirsty so just took on extra water. Due to having underactive thyroid and no gallbladder felt it’s the right option for me to help with toxin build up from medication Rachel was so good dry brushing, the right pressure the right oils. Thanks Rachel certainly made me feel uplifted light meal then early night re booking for 3 weeks time. Recommend anyone with autoimmune or inflammation definitely recommend 🙏❤️🌻🐝

My first treatment with Jo, and it is honestly up there with the best treatments I have had. The reflexology was absolutely amazing.
