Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I had a fantastic full body massage today with Fran who is incredibly diligent and clearly puts her whole heart into her work. I really appreciate the level of care, effort, and attention she puts into every massage or treatment I’ve had with her, her dedication truly shows. I arrived feeling very knotted up and left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed and really well looked after. It made such a difference and I’ll sleep very well tonight. I would highly recommend Fran. I had a very lovely facial and a neck and shoulder/ back massage. My whole body felt super relaxed and Fran really worked to get the tension out of my shoulders. My face felt really smooth and hydrated. I wholly recommend ☺️ x

Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Today was my first appointment with Fran and I will definitely book another. It was clear she was an experienced therapist who enjoyed her work. I arrived stressed due to traffic and Fran had me practically asleep in minutes. Whole-heartedly recommend.

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I had a fantastic massage with Kasia. I usually just book wherever has space at short notice but I will make a point of returning to Kasia. She took the time to listen to what my mind and body needed, helped me select essential oils and asked my preferences. Such a lovely airy room too!
