Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Great experience.. Jess was very welcoming and asked me what I like /dislike ( not the question I get asked usually).. which made more more relaxed .. her deep tissue massage was great and I would definitely recommend a visit !
