Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I had a fantastic full body massage today with Fran who is incredibly diligent and clearly puts her whole heart into her work. I really appreciate the level of care, effort, and attention she puts into every massage or treatment I’ve had with her, her dedication truly shows. I arrived feeling very knotted up and left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed and really well looked after. It made such a difference and I’ll sleep very well tonight. I would highly recommend Fran. Beth did a deep tissue massage and this was the first time I had one. It was fantastic, Beth really got to the problem and I felt great afterwards. Would recommend beth if you need a deep tissue massage

I had a fantastic massage with Kasia. I usually just book wherever has space at short notice but I will make a point of returning to Kasia. She took the time to listen to what my mind and body needed, helped me select essential oils and asked my preferences. Such a lovely airy room too!

Lauren is THE BEST! The whole experience is so calming from start to finish, you never feel rushed and she is an amazing therapist. Couldn’t recommend her enough for any beauty treatment!

Bianka took care of me so well as soon as I stepped in until I left. She took her time to explain skin care in detail. I like the fact the on top of the facial I get to enjoy the feet, shoulders and neck massage as well. My facial skin feels so hydrated and my body feels so relaxed.
