I had my first facial and it was amazing! I shared some sensitive health info, and she took the time to research and recommended a safer alternative to microneedling. I ended up getting a biochemical peel, plus a full facial with steam, LED, and the most relaxing neck, shoulder, and scalp massage. She was kind, professional, and made me feel totally cared for. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a thoughtful, inclusive, and relaxing experience!

Each week I attend the breath work classes, the more I enjoy them. I can’t pinpoint anything specific but I come away feeling as light as a feather, with all the daily pressure just melting away like butter in a hot pan. The other ladies that attend the class are all so lovely, as is Kat who has a beautiful way of teaching you, where you can let all your inhibitions go and be your authentic self, it’s really liberating and I love it. Hoping to attend more classes when time allows me to x

The massage I received was perfect. I mentioned to the masseuse that I had knots in my shoulders. She used several techniques to loosen them and has made a massive difference. I now feel relaxed and less tense. The interior looked beautiful, a very relaxing atmosphere with calming music which made me feel at ease. I will certainly return, I am ooking forward to the next treatment :)

I can honestly say I had the best afternoon being pampered. The deluxe manicure was very relaxing, the only improvement on that would be for it to be done in a more relaxed setting. Reclining chair would help. The massage was amazing & the best I've ever had.

Lovely luxury Thai foot massage, starting with a soak, scrub and then lying on the couch for a foot and leg massage. Leah is lovely, professional and friendly and you’re not rushed at all. Very relaxing and I almost fell asleep. This is my second visit with two weeks!
