I had a top to toe massage that truly melted me, made my body feel fantastic and helped ease the pain and aches I’d been having. This treatment gave me the deep relaxation I desperately needed after the turbulence of this year so far. Rachel as always was the perfect host, in her beautiful, warm, comfortable salon and she was also fully CV19 secure; which gave me peace of mind that I was safe. Bithe is amazing, had a full body massage and literally felt like I walked out with a new body. Had the Japanese luxury headspace with facial and would definitely recommend. I will be making excuses to come down to Loughborough from Wigan to book more treatments. Lovely studio, welcoming and really knows her profession. I feel like I'll be disappointed if I have to go somewhere else, will definitely be back.

Nikki has worked with me to ease the stress, tension & pain in my neck & shoulders. It was dragging me down, it was depressing and the thought that it would likely get worse was very worrying. I felt quite scared. We are now at a point where I’m feeling the benefit of the treatment and it feels wonderful. Her knowledge, commitment and kindness towards me has enabled me to start to enjoy things again that I was finding difficult, simple things like driving, going to a football match, picking up my grandchildren etc, I am so grateful to her and very glad that I found her.

Nikki is the absolute best. She’s so kind, always makes me feel comfortable & relaxed, and is so knowledgeable about what she does. I’ve seen her for 1yr for regular massages to help with chronic pain, inflammation & tension, and now I have to leave her as I relocate. I’m gutted!! But I hope this review convinces someone to take my place! She’s a total gem!

Niki has changed my life, this is no exaggeration! I suffer with osteo and inflammatory arthritis also issues with neck and shoulders. I’ve been going to Nikki for over a year now and after my massage I feel such a sense of relief, from pain and tension. My upper body movement is easier and pain free. I had terrible back and neck pain and came across Thai Lana Inn and Spa and booked in for a neck back and shoulder massage for an hour which was a combination of Swedish and Thai massage - it was extremely relaxing and afterwards even my hip pain was gone! I will definitely be booking up again and have recommended it to my friends.

OMG , the best massage I have ever had. Totally different experience to the usual massage. My whole body was so tense with all the stress I have been having and having a trapped nerve in my upper back / shoulder. . I felt a lot looser after it. You have to try GENIE!! I have had GENIE Toning therapy with Kiran & I am surprisingly impressed with my results. I have areas of my body that have loose, skin due to recent weight loss. I had worked out at the gym, bought expensive lotions & potions. Ive lost 2”from my upper arms & 2.5” from my waist. my skin feels firmer, it bounces back & my cellulite has reduced. The therapy reminds me of a tens machine & it’s really non-invasive with wicked results. This is my 2nd visit in 2 weeks! And I will definitely be booking up for monthly massages... I've had deep tissue massages (1hr) and they've completely sorted my glute/lower back tightness and upper back/shoulder blade issues... highly recommended. Don't be put off by the venue itself... it isn't a 5* spa vibe but the massages are EXCELLENT.
