Tracey was great! Figuring out the best treatment for me felt thorough and collaborative. She was very intuitive with finding all my tension points. I really liked that she explained which muscles were tight/problematic and how this might impact pain/tension. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely be returning. Sian gave me the best Indian head massage I have ever experienced (and I've had 100s!!). Great attention to detail, gorgeous products used. Perfect strong pressure to simulate the scalp. I had an appointment with Natalia today and wow! She’s so intuitive and somehow knew exactly what my body needed without me even having to explain it. The salon itself is absolutely stunning—such a luxurious space that makes the whole experience feel even more special from the moment you walk in. It really felt like a full escape, not just a treatment. It blows my mind how working on your feet can release so much tension in your head, neck, and shoulders—but it genuinely worked.
