It also relieved my tinnitus which I've had for over a year now! I slept 12hrs last night. Again I've not done that in over a year. A little slice of heaven – absolute perfection! I had the most incredible Japanese Head Spa & mini facial with blow dry from Megan today - I’m still floating! The space was calm and beautiful, and her soothing voice and expert touch made me feel completely at ease. The products smelled amazing, and the Gua Sha part was especially blissful. My scalp, skin, and hair all felt completely revived afterwards and I was completely relaxed — the perfect end to a busy day. Anna was amazing and so was the overall scalp treatment. I would only critique a few minor things. The location was closed when I arrived and I nearly left. No one informed me that the door would only be unlocked at my exact appointment time. And the table I laid on was quite narrow. (I’m only 125lbs and fairly thin myself) I had a hard time getting comfortable. I felt like I had to hold my arms up for the entire 75 mins. Making my shoulder really sore.

It was my first time experiencing a Japanese head spa and I will definitely be back. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and restorative, and I found the scalp analysis at the beginning particularly interesting. The session felt very personalised, and Shabnam was amazing throughout. She explained each stage of the process while making sure I was comfortable and fully relaxed. Although my session started a little later than planned, she kindly extended the time at the end so I didn’t miss out on the full experience. Highly recommend!
