Tranquil, peaceful, therapeutic, professional, clean and magical. It's been years since I past came and the service is still impeccable. Rachelle massaged my back, Shoulders, neck and head. Used and oil specifically to help relax my muscles as I carry a lot of tension 6 months post partum. She also applied hot stones as I was particularly sore and stiff around my back. It was so good I fell asleep. A changing with shower for privacy, peaceful music and low lit lamps made the experience transcendent. Thank you so much. I really needed it !!

I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. I’ve been going to her regularly, and she’s always been very professional. Every time I visit, I feel completely relaxed afterward. She really knows what she’s doing, especially when it comes to relieving muscle tension. I usually go for a sports massage, and it’s been extremely effective especially since I work out. I would definitely say she’s one of the best at what she does, and I highly recommend her.

The massage was absolutely wonderful. Aneta truly knows what she’s doing. She identified every area of tension and worked through each tight spot with real skill and care. I left feeling completely renewed. I genuinely believe this place is a real gem in Barking. The atmosphere is calm, soothing and creates a lovely sense of safety, which feels especially important nowadays. Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

Zaini is an extremely talented hair stylist/ hairdresser! She knows exactly what the client needs and delivers perfectly !!! Amazing massage with Remy - she comes with a very clever table set up & lovely oil/soundtrack, so everything is super professional & like you're in a spa! Perfect pressure and she hones in on those tight areas & releases them so you're fully relaxed by the time she leaves. Have been booking Remy for years and will continue to do so
