I was initially a bit apprehensive about trying out Supthara since I'm used to getting my massages done in a traditional spa setting, and I'd never been here before. However, oh my god, this place is hands down the best massage I have ever had, even beating out expensive 5-star spas! The masseurs were incredible. I'm obsessed with Jeanette. She's a truly gifted therapist. I had a Swedish massage and she ironed out all the stubborn tension in my shoulders. I have also had two lymphatic drainage massages with her which is an AMAZING treatment -- so relaxing -- and it has done wonders for bloating and general appearance of my skin. There are no miracle treatm, but if you do all the things we're supposed to (good sleep, diets, hydration, exercise, and consistent skin care) then you get more out of it. Wild Beauty is really spoiling us now. My problem is how to juggle all these treatments :)

Staff are always warm and welcoming.I started with the infrared sauna which was the ideal way to start my session.I followed this with a massage and facial with Beth.The attention to what my body and face needed was impeccable and I left feeling fantastic. I had an amazing facial and back massage with Jenni today! I left feeling so relaxed and much lighter ,it honestly felt like all the tension I’d been carrying just melted away. Jenni has such a calm, caring energy and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I had the pleasure of being taken care of one of the masseuse at this fine establishment. She was thorough in her work and took her time with the massage. She was quiet but this is understandable as English isn't her first language. Regardless of this, she did speak and asked questions regarding pressure. What would make this experience even better would be hot oil massage! The place looked aesthetically great and wish them the best of luck. I will look to come here once a month from now on.

It was my first time having a body massage. I have to say Parminder was very calm and experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing. Using different techniques, I felt very relaxed after having a deep tissue massage. Parminder concentrated on a few stubborn knots I've had in my back and next day felt a big relief. My hip (ball and socket) have been playing up due to Sciatica, after the treatment it really has been a relief. Will definitely carry on with this for a while as I believe I've left it for too long.

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.
