Literally an incredible experience. Leia always absolutely nails it with the hair color, but this time I had a head massage and it was DIVINE! I carry so much stress in my head and jaw, and felt like butter afterwards. Leia was also able to identify exactly what parts of my jaw and neck were stiff, and she gave me some tips for managing on a daily basis. It’s so rare to find someone that offers scalp massage in London that’s also a hair stylist and can style your hair all cute after!!

I had the Cupping + Aromatherapy Massage (30 Minutes) and it was amazing. The combination of soothing essential oils and gentle cupping relieved so much tension in my back and shoulders. Even in just 30 minutes, I felt relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably lighter. Perfect for a quick but effective stress reset — highly recommend!

One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

Always a pleasure and first time using spa facilities. Spa area was lovely and clean and an oasis in East London. I have a great massage as part of the package and my daughter had a facial. Both of us feel relaxed and pampered.

Leia did such an incredible job of my hair, I couldn’t recommend her enough!! I wasn’t really too sure what I wanted or how to describe what I was after but she knew what questions to ask to figure that out and I absolutely love how it turned out! She was lovely to chat to and super knowledgeable about all things hair! I’ve been very concerned with hair loss since moving to London and I left my appointment with heaps of tips and tricks that I’m excited to try combat it with.

Incredible experience from start to finish. My neck tension is finally gone thanks to the therapist's ability to switch between trigger point work and soothing strokes. It felt completely tailored to my specific stress points. Will be back soon!

Friendly staff, romantic intimate private spa, and honestly the best prices ive seen in London! Only downside if the steamroom wasnt working during our booking. Would definitely recommend

I came in with a tension headache and left feeling like a new person. The way they incorporate cranial work with traditional body massage is genius. They focused on my scalp and jaw tension while still giving my back the deep work it needed. It’s a very smart, very effective way to treat the body as a whole system.

Angie is an absolute dream with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to your nails. Whether it is BIAB, Gel, Tips or Toes I always feel like l am in safe hands. I would also like to shout out Nikesha and her amazing french manicures & bubbly personality that undoubtably make you feel at home. Still London itself has an amazing atmosphere (always a great playlist) with a wonderful selection of treatments. Would definitely recommend! Olivia x

I suffer from chronic tension that often radiates from my upper back into my neck, causing debilitating migraines. I’ve tried several clinics, but the team at Urban Therapy is on another level. They took the time to discuss my history before starting. The pressure was firm but intuitive, focusing on the occipital muscles where I carry the most stress. It’s been three weeks since my last session, and I haven't had a single headache. Truly life-changing!
