Alaine is truly incredible at what she does. She has such a natural gift for massage and always seems to know exactly where I’m holding tension without me even having to say a word. I have been visiting Alaine for about a year with treatments at her sanctuary in Leeds and at The Bothy. Alaine has to be one of the kindest, most nurturing and knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met. In the time I’ve been having treatments, from reflexology, Indian head and most recently the most relaxing pregnancy message, I’ve always felt incredibly well looked after and cared for. Sometimes I’ve not known how much I’ve needed those few hours away from the stresses of everyday life until I’ve seen Alaine. All the additional touches, such as delicious biscuits, are the cherry on top.

It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . I started seeing Sarah in my second trimester, and she has supported me all the way through postpartum, to over a year later! She is incredibly knowledgeable about prenatal and postnatal care, and always adapts each session to exactly what my body needs. I love that she always has some handy tips for stretches at the end of our sessions too. I always leave feeling SO much better. She’s not only highly skilled but also funny, professional, and genuinely caring.
