What a wonderful experience I had today at the sanctum wellbeing. I had the essential oil facial and head massage with neck back and shoulder massage. The room is so cosy, comfortable and beautiful. I was so relaxed, could have stayed there all day. Louise is so friendly, calming and a fantastic therapist. Can’t wait to try the other treatments on offer x

Thai touch, give the best Thai massage around the vale and Cardiff I highly recommend them. I have had Lek the last couple of times and she is very strong formthebthai yoga massage gets all the knots out and all the staff are very friendly and professional 10/10 I will be back regularly

I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x

I had the most beautiful hot stone massage yesterday with Lou and I genuinely left feeling like a different person. The treatment itself was incredible. The heat from the stones combined with the pressure was perfect, especially for someone like me who works in a posture-heavy job. I could feel the tension melting away. Every movement felt intentional and intuitive, and I left feeling deeply relaxed but also lighter and more aligned. It’s rare to find someone who not only delivers a technically excellent massage but also creates such a safe, soothing space. Looking forward my next one!
