I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

I had a full body lymphatic massage at Just Skin and my experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Laeti was amazing. We discussed my main concerns in detail, and I never once felt pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. She really took the time to understand my needs, especially as I have a couple of health issues, which made me feel genuinely heard and cared for. During the massage - wow. Ellie is very welcoming and the set up is modern, clean and inviting with such a varied offer of treatments. I enjoyed the infrared sauna this time, which I found very beneficial for aching muscles and stress. Would totally recommend.

I've just returned home from a pamper package consisting of back, neck, shoulder massage, mini facial, Indian head massage.... and I think I am the most relaxed I've ever been! Hayley is wonderful! I've been a customer of the beauty room for 20 years, and I've never been disappointed with any of the treatments I've had. This was supposed to be a monthly pay day treat... but honestly, that was the best massage I've ever had. I can't wait another month, so have already booked my next one :)

I had a HydraFacial with Laetitia and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I had a Indian head message with Nicola. My jaw and shoulders have always been very tight, I have recently been suffering with a lot more pain, along with less mobility. Nicola really knew what I needed and released many, many knots! I feel lighter and I can move my neck again! Lovely hotel, wonderful teas, amazing staff. Thankyou.

Really look forward to my infrared/red light saunas, and even the cold shower after which I take at my own pace. I recently also had a very relaxing head massage after one of them, which set me up perfectly for a great night sleep. On these dark cold nights, this is the best place to be.

Would highly recommended Kyla. I've had a few different treatments which have been fully explained with aftercare. It's also great seeing before and after results 😊
