But then I found Harriet, and let me tell you, she is an absolute angel. Every time I leave my appointment, I’m strutting out with perfect brows and the most gorgeous nails. The best salon experience I have ever had, with heated towels used for the facial, heated blanket on the massage bed and precision on the gel manicure. Every treatment was done with great care and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I'm so happy I have found Gemma.

After returning from overseas after 6+ years, I was so, so nervous in finding a new salon however, as soon as I saw Beauty by Harriet’s work on Instagram I just HAD to get booked in ASAP! From the moment of communicating to confirm an appointment slot to attending my appointment earlier today, I am SO glad I chose BbH! Harriet was just unbelievably caring and welcoming, but more importantly, absolutely SMASHED my brow lamination! 😍 Already cannot wait to get rebooked in for another BL and other services! ✨

I had been going to Gemma for my monthly massage which is AMAZING and probably my favourite part of the month. This time I tried a gel polish manicure and as expected the exprience was fantastic. Her attention to detail is incredible and it was probably one of the best manicures I’ve ever had done. 100% recommended!
