After returning from overseas after 6+ years, I was so, so nervous in finding a new salon however, as soon as I saw Beauty by Harriet’s work on Instagram I just HAD to get booked in ASAP! From the moment of communicating to confirm an appointment slot to attending my appointment earlier today, I am SO glad I chose BbH! Harriet was just unbelievably caring and welcoming, but more importantly, absolutely SMASHED my brow lamination! 😍 Already cannot wait to get rebooked in for another BL and other services! ✨

The best salon experience I have ever had, with heated towels used for the facial, heated blanket on the massage bed and precision on the gel manicure. Every treatment was done with great care and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I'm so happy I have found Gemma.

After returning to the UK after 6+ years, I was nervous about finding a new salon for my brows and nails—because let’s be honest, trusting someone new with your face and hands is a big deal! But then I found Harriet, and let me tell you, she is an absolute angel. Every time I leave my appointment, I’m strutting out with perfect brows and the most gorgeous nails. She’s a perfectionist in the best way, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. If you’re looking for flawless results and a lovely experience, Harriet is your girl!

I would highly recommend Katie as she provides a five star service, she is very professional and is at the top of her game. The clinic is lovely, modern, clean and comfortable and offers a wide variety of treatments by a team of dedicated staff. Towcester is very lucky to have such a talented professional aesthetician on their doorstep. 5 🌟

Gemma is such a professional and amazing beauty therapist. I would highly recommend her. I had a full body massage with a scrub and it was so wonderful. I still feel totally relaxed a day later and my skin is soft and moisturised.

Brilliant. My consultation was not rushed and every step of the recommended procedures were explained in detail. Kate took the time to answer all of my questions which gave me the confidence as a first timer to go ahead and book a ‘tweakment’ I absolutely loved my after service ice pack, arnica cream and sweeties…such a lovely touch to a very professional service. A beautifully designed clinic in the centre of Towcester…clean, spacious and welcoming….highly recommended.
