My first visit, I felt welcomed and at ease. Erin was patient and helpful when I was trying to decide which colour to go for. I'm over the moon with the manicure and my gorgeous nails, also really enjoyed the spa hand scrub and moisturizer at the end. I'll definitely be back. Thanks Erin x

I don't have my nails done very often today Debra did a Shellac manicure and dry pedicure. Very happy with both, When you walk into Kats Claws you are always made to feel so welcome. The refit to downstairs looks really good.

This place is a hidden gem! Staff are so accommodating and friendly. They kindly fitted me in for a gel manicure and I later returned for LVL lashes. Great communication and customer service. I will be returning! Diolch yn fawr xx

The new salon looks fantastic and i really love the contemporary wooden panelling, it makes it such a relaxing experience . Debra was absolutely fantastic with my brows, lashes amd my first ever Hollywood...😱 Izzy was amazing and did an amazing job on my classic french manicure acrylics .

Really happy with my first visit. Katie gave me a careful and nourishing manicure so my nails look great. On a very hot day, the home salon was cool and comfortable (and the glass of cold water was most welcome!).

Five star for a first visit. Beautifully kept salon, extremely welcoming therapist, superb attention to detail for an excellent gel manicure.

Genuinely the best nails I've had... EVER! I do not have great nails. They are weak, flexible and constantly splitting. To add to this, I bite the skin around my nails which can make them sore and uncomfortable when having a manicure. Katie was fantastic! No discomfort or irritation at all! I suspect a combination of skill and the hypoallergenic builder she uses?! I'm no expert...but I can say they look great (I can't stop looking at them!!) and they have lasted well! I will definitely be going back!

First time having a gel manicure with Amelia, she was professional and very friendly. As I couldn’t decide on a colour she recommended a beautiful deep purple which looks fantastic! I was so happy with my nails I have rebooked next month for a manicure and a pedicure. My daughter has also booked to have a manicure with Amelia after seeing how great my nails look. Expertly manicured nails (express) plus great service. Very friendly staff, also very kind and concerned for a very frail and elderly lady who was in at the same time, making sure she was quickly sat down and wasn't kept standing waiting. Always offered a drink too
