A lovely luxury manicure with Kara, which I’d booked as a treat for my elderly mum Margaret. So convenient and Kara put her at ease immediately , Margaret enjoyed it so much she booked again straight away! Thank you Kara , see you again soon!

Had a manicure today. With gel on hands and toes. Kara made the experience very relaxing. Matched the colour to go with my outfit. Will be having more treatments.

5* review for Jess as she smashed my manicure and pedicure as always! Only downside is that the salon was freezing cold today and there was also no hot water so Jess had to boil the kettle to fill the bowl so she could do my pedicure. Think both of these need to be resolved otherwise having your nails done in the winter months is going to be unbearable

Lovely relaxing manicure and pedicure from Mair. Cuticle work is outstanding, you can tell she really enjoys removing all the dead cuticle which left me with a service I hadn’t received before and will probably lengthen the amount of time before I need my next manicure/pedicure as usually my cuticles look scruffy before the nail has visibly grown. She helped me choose a colour to compliment my sandals. The polish was placed with perfection resulting in a flawless look. I would recommend Mair. She’s really, really, really good.

Good advice from Lynne after three of my nails had split. Builder treatment given and another lovely French manicure applied. Thank you Lynne. Prices have risen at the salon, but still cheaper than Cardiff!
