The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Rachel made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and explained everything to me. I am so happy with the outcome of my lips and it's only day 2. I would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about getting any filler or botox done for the first time (or a top-up) to come to you guys. I’ve been going to Leah for years and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! It always looks amazing after every visit — she just gets it. Even when I mess things up trying to do it myself at home (which happens more than I care to admit), she never tells me off — just calmly works her magic and fixes it every time. An absolute gem!

Despite an admin error on my part (I selected the wrong stylist), the girls were incredibly accommodating and managed to squeeze me in. I'd previously been elsewhere and ended up with a hair nightmare! Tianee corrected it as best she could without giving me a short back & sides, and gave me honesty with how it needs approaching and the length of time needed before we can really sort it. Note to self: don't cheat on your hairdresser, this is what happens when you stray!! Thank you you to all the girls, as always you're wonderful humans x

Great experience. I had my nails done by Violet who’s training to do BIAB. She was really professional and great at checking in to make sure I was happy with everything, her work was overseen by Cara who was giving advice if needed. Violet did a great job.

I have been going to Evie for years and she never fails to make me feel comfortable. Evie always gives me advice and my hair has become so healthy. Flique also provide great drinks, especially Coffees which always help with early morning appointments! I couldn't recommend Flique, and especially Evie, enough.

I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! The whole experience was very relaxing, Lorenza was very professional as always. I will definitely be back! :) xx

She also took the time to download a playlist for me to my phone for me to listen to whilst I’m on the beach on my holiday.😍 she’s an absolute angel that always goes above and beyond to make all her clients feel very special. Karina is brilliant, what a skilled lady. I was a bit apprehensive before going as I haven’t had lash extensions before but I’m love them. I’ve been smiling all day as feel pretty without the need to wear any makeup !

despite being held up due to traffic from London, the team at Beauty enhanced still managed to get all of my treatment done. At one point, the salon had been closed and the three therapists finished my treatment together. Amazing service, excellent team work and my nails and eyebrows look fantastic
