Aleksa is so attentive and always keeps up to date with her clients so that they can change up their style with her in comfort. I always send people her way because I know she is reliable. She is kind and genuine and very well priced. My lashes last at least 3.5 weeks sometimes 4, I have had a few lash girls but only managed 2-3 weeks maximum. I cannot recommend her enough and I tell everyone about her. Very accommodating, honest and talented. You will not be disappointed.

Never fails to make my hair look and feel fabulous!! Had a change and Olivia looked after me today, restyled my hair and did an amazing job, I love it! All the staff are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Would highly recommend.

Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. I’ve been going to Chelsea for years for my lashes and wouldn’t go anywhere else, so it made sense that I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my wedding day make-up. Entrusting someone with your bridal make-up is huge, and I never for a minute felt anxious with Chelsea and on the day she was nothing short of incredible! The finished look for myself and 3 bridesmaids was flawless. She was calm, reassuring and attentive until the last minute! She even helped with my hair, above and beyond her job description. She’s a true girls girl! The type of girl you want prepping you for your big day. 10/10.

Nina is so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about having permanent make-up done.

I had such a great experience getting my lashes done! Aleksa was very thorough and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. These are honestly the best lashes I’ve ever had! They look so natural, neat, and perfectly done I really appreciated how honest she was and how she gave me great tips for taking care of my lashes. She also made sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her clients and her work. I’ll definitely be coming back!
