Had a lovely experience with Koko Nail and Lash in Brentwood. This was my first time going to this salon and they made it super enjoyable and relaxing. I forgot sandals for my pedicure and they gave me disposable ones and even set up a fan to dry my toenails before I left. Definitely recommend!

It was my daughter's first time getting her nails done, and we came in together for a little pampering. She had Lucy and I had Angela- both were absolutely amazing! They were kind, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of. It was a great experience for both of us, and we truly appreciated how accommodating and patient they were. We’ll definitely be back!

Vy is always so friendly and welcoming, and she’s amazing at what she does. She’s gentle, precise, and makes every session so relaxing that I always end up falling asleep. I’m always happy with my lashes and the overall experience. Highly recommend her 💕

Earlier was my second visit in their studio and I really like their service. I had Ivy take care of me for my Brazilian (first visit and today) and she is great at what she does. Awesome attention to details and very gentle in everything. I also like the fact that she had suggested the scrub, the serum and the lotion for application especially after waxing when the skin is super sensitive. I have had Brazilian done on me before but only during my visit in this studio was I suggested these items. Will definitely keep going back! Hopefully have my lashes or brows done some time too.

She made sure I understood the procedure and clarified any questions or concerns I’ve had before getting started. During the process, she made sure I was comfortable. I’ve noticed a change immediately (everyone is different, so may not be the same for you) and loved the results. Booked a follow up, and may add an additional :))

Saemi is a very good stylist. She is also very nice and very professional. I just wish that my appointment would not keep getting pushed back every time I come here. I never complain whenever that happens so I hope that when I will be a little bit late for my appointment, the staff would also be patient with me. I was once 3 minutes late for my appointment and I called the shop, but the young man who answered my call was clearly pissed off that I was going to be late, and sternly told me to hurry up and come right away.
