My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. My first visit at Nabras Clinic. Easy to reach as opposite Westfields and a short walk from Shepherds Bush underground station. The clinic is very clean, beautifully designed and very welcoming. Nabras was excellent. She explained everything to me in detailed and was very professional. I had the CO2 laser. I was very nervous but she made me feel at ease and comfortable. The treatment went very smoothly and with very little discomfort. In for my next treatment in the new year. Feel very positive about the outcome. Highly recommend to use Nabras clinic.
