She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Came into malayage today to get a toner refresh&a restyle and can I just say I’ve left so so happy as always! THIS IS THE BEST salon in Nottingham! Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. I have had an excellent service from both of them. Everyone is equally friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for my next booking!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Fran is incredible. I had attempted to have a lash lift and despite a patch test I felt a bit too stingy to continue. Fran quickly removed it and suggested a lash tint instead after making sure my eyes were fine. She is so calm and caring. My wax and threading are always amazing! x

Gorgeous experience from start to finish. A hidden little gem and perfect escape for my lash lift. Even accommodated my son sitting in the room. Loved the addition of the eye mask to complete the treatment and obsessed with the effect on my lashes.

Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. The service is always 10/10 and the team are simply the best – I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! 💇🏻‍♀️✨

This was my first ever time getting eyelash extensions and I'm so glad I chose The Honey Haus, Kat was so warm and welcoming, I felt so comfortable! We had a great chat, the time flew by, my lashes look FANTASTIC, exactly what I'd asked for. Kat must have the hands of a surgeon, I didn't have any discomfort or stinging at all, I'll be back soon!

I traveled all the way from London to Nottingham just to get my hair done by Dorisa again and it was absolutely worth every mile. She always does an amazing job, and this time was no exception. Not only is she incredibly talented and skilled, but she's also one of the friendliest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. I always feel completely comfortable and confident in her hands, and I trust her 100% with my hair. It’s rare to find someone who not only understands your vision but elevates it—and she does that every single time.

Sarah did a fabulous job of lifting and tinting my lashes, it was particularly challenging as I had lost some of my lashes and the regrowth is not all of the same lengths, but Sarah has made them look beautiful anyway. Sarah puts me at ease and makes the whole experience comfortable and easy. I would highly recommend seeing Sarah to get lovely lashes and I will be back soon!
