She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. Came into malayage today to get a toner refresh&a restyle and can I just say I’ve left so so happy as always! THIS IS THE BEST salon in Nottingham! Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. The service is always 10/10 and the team are simply the best – I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! 💇🏻‍♀️✨

EXCELLENT FIVE STAR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE 🌟 Such an cosy , clean and beautiful environment. And so peaceful. Aieshas is so friendly, warm and has the best energy ever. I recently had a lash lift and an Access Bars session with Barbi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The lash lift was done beautifully, the results are amazing! My lashes look naturally lifted, neat, and perfectly shaped. It’s such a confidence boost. After that, I had an Access Bars session, and it was exactly what I needed. The experience was deeply relaxing, helping me release tension and quiet my mind. I left feeling lighter and more centered, and I already booked my next one, I can't wait to see her again!

I traveled all the way from London to Nottingham just to get my hair done by Dorisa again and it was absolutely worth every mile. She always does an amazing job, and this time was no exception.
