I recently had the pleasure of visiting Secret Sugar Club in Nottingham City Centre for a full-body sugaring treatment, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Sophie, the specialist and owner, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill throughout the session. Her expertise ensured that most of the process was painless. Beyond her technical proficiency, Sophie was a delight to converse with, making the appointment both efficient and enjoyable. Gorgeous experience from start to finish. A hidden little gem and perfect escape for my lash lift. Even accommodated my son sitting in the room. Loved the addition of the eye mask to complete the treatment and obsessed with the effect on my lashes.

Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. The service is always 10/10 and the team are simply the best – I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! 💇🏻‍♀️✨

Fran is incredible. I had attempted to have a lash lift and despite a patch test I felt a bit too stingy to continue. Fran quickly removed it and suggested a lash tint instead after making sure my eyes were fine. She is so calm and caring. My wax and threading are always amazing! x

My facial with Courtney was so lovely and relaxing. One of the best I’ve had! I came out glowing and so zen. The whole experience was perfect especially the facial massage 🤌🏻 I’m already booked in for my next one!
