She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment.
