She’s so thorough at every step and really precise — you can tell how much care she puts into making sure every lash lifts perfectly. Such a lovely catch‑up too. My second appointment for LVL lash lift. Always totally amazed with the results, lashes look longer and fuller, as if I am wearing mascara but without clumping or mascara smudging. Had my eyebrows tinted as well, again this has made my eyebrow look fuller but still natural looking. Another great job by Isabel, who I can highly recommend.

Experience with Nancy. I did my own lash lift a few weeks back and they were terribly crooked and bent. I booked with Nancy to do another one and they are just beautiful. Nancy was so kind and professional, talking me through each part of the process. Beyond happy with my results and had such a laugh during the appointment. 100% recommend and I’m now a new regular!
