I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Billie is absolutely fantastic. It was my first time getting my brows and lashes done and Billie was so kind, patient and reassuring. She explained to me what she was doing throughout and made me feel so relaxed. I am SO pleased with my brows and lashes, she did a brilliant job and they look amazing! Billie is wonderful. The best pedicure I have had in Hastings. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had an incredible lash and brow tinting session at The Beauty Room today, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From the moment I arrived, Sarah made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The lash tint added a stunning definition to my eyes, making them appear brighter and more awake without the need for mascara. The brow tint perfectly shaped and enhanced my natural brows, giving them a fuller, more polished look. The entire experience was efficient, painless, and the results are simply fantastic — natural yet striking. I am so pleased and will be returning to The Beauty Room.

Lovely, attentive staff. Great customer service. Fab results from my treatments, lash lift, tint and brow tint. The Treatment Rooms will now be my go to place for treatments.

Highly recommend a treatment (or two!) at Tranquility. Lynn provided a generous and deeply restorative massage and facial. She has created a haven in Hastings. Looking forward for another visit already - thank you Lynn!

The therapist was lovely, sweet and professional. The heated blanket was nice I don’t like the music Lights were very bright I don’t understand why my eyelids seems black. Maybe it will go This was the first time I tried a tint and lift and I not sure about it but that’s just me
