Ky is absolutely lovely and gets my lashes exactly how I want it every time. The space is clean, calm and I always feel comfortable and safe. Kyana’s salon is always super clean and well presented, I never have to wait around for my appointment and she is so lovely and easy to talk too. My lashes last the longest here in appose to anywhere else I’ve been, I have a lot of lashes and previously lash tech’s have made my eyes feel heavy and crowded but she taylors each set to my eye, she really knows what she’s doing and I always get complements on my lashes. I cannot recommend her or her salon enough!

Amazing lash lift - have over the years been to 5 different salons in Harborne areas for lash lift treatments and they have been rubbish or just okay - Donna however did an incredible job - professional from start to finish and my lashes look fab plus for the first time ever having my lashes done didn’t sting because she took time to make sure each stage of the process was done correctly. She also gave me a choice of doll like dramatic look or softer lift curl - again never been offered this choice or had the difference explained to me - cannot recommend this lovely lady highly enough!
