Absolutely love coming to Ky for my lash extensions. I’ve been back several times and every appointment has been consistently amazing. Ky is absolutely lovely and gets my lashes exactly how I want it every time. The space is clean, calm and I always feel comfortable and safe. Lash retention is the best I’ve ever had and they last so well between appointments. Highly recommend for anyone who values quality pampering and consistency in lash services.

I had my Korean eyelash lift done by Summer and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was extremely polite, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she took real care to make every lash look perfect. Kyana’s salon is always super clean and well presented, I never have to wait around for my appointment and she is so lovely and easy to talk too. My lashes last the longest here in appose to anywhere else I’ve been, I have a lot of lashes and previously lash tech’s have made my eyes feel heavy and crowded but she taylors each set to my eye, she really knows what she’s doing and I always get complements on my lashes. I cannot recommend her or her salon enough!

I was nervous going somewhere I hadn’t been before for lashes and brows for my holiday, however my nerves were soon put at ease as Beth made sure in my brow and lash consultation to understand exactly what I wanted, she definitely delivered! 🇯🇲Super happy with my beautiful lashes and brows they are Perfect for Jamaica and exactly what I asked for. ❤️Thank you Beth you are a brow and lash queeeen❤️

I only use ritual retreat to have my hair done by emma, she is the queen of curls.(i have curly hair). After a few years my levels have grown out, and the hair style i had to day was just wonderful , all by scrunching and using a diffuser (plus some posh shampoo, and a spray that controls frizzing and is light weight to the touch. My hair feels so much lighter and brighter/softer. I was offerred a drink, (i chose squash), was served in a spotless glass and a coaster. Emma her usual LOVELY SELF(even though first day back from holiday to egypt). Well done to shop being opened over 12 months.
