Being Korean, I have high standards for skincare, and I'll be honest — I've left other clinics feeling underwhelmed. This was a completely different experience. She patiently explained each step, made the exfoliation totally comfortable (no pain at all!), and carried out the whole treatment with impressive skill and professionalism. This was my first time getting sugaring done, and she made the experience so much better than I expected. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Even though I was nervous, she helped put me at ease and made the process not so bad at all. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place. From the second you walk in, you feel so welcomed and relaxed. Gurinder is super sweet, really listens to what you want, and makes you feel totally at ease. She does everything with so much care and attention to detail. I walked out feeling refreshed, pampered, and more confident than ever.
