This was my first time at Lash and Brow Secrets Studio and what a wonderful experience. Ioana made me feel really comfortable and took time to talk through what I wanted and to give me her expert advice. The results are AMAZING. Charley always does my wax and is super quick with it too! We have a great chat and I feel super comfortable as well. She also did my eyebrows today and was so gentle with threading that there was barely any pain - they look amazing!!

Where to start with my girl, Gul. Been going to her since the lockdowns. I will travel 30 miles one way cos if there’s one thing I’ve learnt: no one else does my brows like her! She takes her time, is patient and is a perfectionist at making sure her clients get the very best service. As someone who is super conscious of my skin conditions, she put me at ease and always gives me the most jokes. I am now hoping to also get my lips and Botox done by her in the future because I have every faith she is the only person who will do it perfectly!

So pleased with my eyebrows. Ioana was so helpful and knowledgeable. It was t first time having lamination treatment and she made sure I knew exactly what would happen and aftercare etc. Thank you 😊

I had a fabulous colagen facial which included and facial massage and shoulders, neck and arms included too. I also had my eyebrows tinted shaped and waxed and gel nails. Olivia takes her time and is friendly and welcoming.
