This was my first time at Lash and Brow Secrets Studio and what a wonderful experience. Ioana made me feel really comfortable and took time to talk through what I wanted and to give me her expert advice. The results are AMAZING. Charley always does my wax and is super quick with it too! We have a great chat and I feel super comfortable as well. She also did my eyebrows today and was so gentle with threading that there was barely any pain - they look amazing!!

Today I had an eyebrow treatment by Charlene & I’m very happy with the results. Charlene was very friendly & made me feel welcome as soon as I entered the salon. Anu recommended me a semi gloss colour instead of permanent colour as i didn't want to damage my hair too much and not go to dark but i wanted a ashy brown colour. My colour from reddish brown is now a cool ash brown and i love it.. my hair feels so soft and silky, and i keep getting compliments from all my friends now. Thank you Anu :D

Sim gave me a hair cut I have very curly hair she understood what I wanted cut all my dead ends off with some layers very nice woman she does my eyebrow wax all the time too
