Piera was incredibly warm and welcoming, she instantly puts you at ease. I booked in for a brow lamination refresh and wax, and I’m so pleased with the results. Nasra was splendid! She explained everything clearly and kept me reassured throughout. I felt in safe hands and appreciated her insight. One small suggestion: the brow bleach took 60 mins instead of the estimated 30, likely due to it being my first time. I luckily had buffer time before my next appointment, but it would be helpful to factor in extra time for first-time clients. Overall, a great experience highly recommend Nasra!

Piera is an absolute master of brows. She is so incredibly precise, taking them to ensure both brows are symmetrical, to making sure your brow arch hits the right spot, to trimming the brows. Gone are the days of aimless plucking/threading/waxing, she’s an absolute master sculptor! Honestly the best brows I’ve ever had- she’s amazing. Cherry on the cake- she’s a lovely person and the spa in itself is HEAVEN

Nasra did my eyebrow lam and lash lift (curl). I always come back for my eyebrow lam - they come out amazing! However, today I went for my lash lift and believe you me, they came out so so well! Nasra curled my lashes and also made them so that they look fuller- I literally look like I have a set of flashes on! So lovely! I have naturally thick lashes and she managed to make the most of them- super happy.

Marina is absolutely passionate and 100% around customers satisfaction, not been to a salon before that goes above and beyond, henna brows were perfectionally done, I've not had 1 brow for 2 years the hair had fallen out, the shape marina did was perfect for my face, and I was so happy seeing both brows equal now, I never leave reviews but honestly I was so impressed with professionalism and dedication from marina.
