Piera is an absolute master of brows. She is so incredibly precise, taking them to ensure both brows are symmetrical, to making sure your brow arch hits the right spot, to trimming the brows. Gone are the days of aimless plucking/threading/waxing, she’s an absolute master sculptor! Honestly the best brows I’ve ever had- she’s amazing. Cherry on the cake- she’s a lovely person and the spa in itself is HEAVEN

Becca excellent as always! I had booked in for a lash lift along with my manicure but, ever the professional, Becca advised me that the previous lash lift she'd given me was still there (8 weeks later!!! Pretty amazing!) and she didn't want to risk damaging my lashes at all, so instead we went for a brow lamination which was fab!

Eva is great as always. Very friendly and professional. She's very thorough checking her work always and if she feels there's anything to rectify, she doesn't hesitate to put things right. The room is lovely, clean and comfortable. Thank you Eva again for my beautiful brows.
