Absolutely 💯 professional. I had nails mini ped and I Intmate wax, that iv not the wax in years. Felt comfortable and Mercedes was professional throuought explaining the procedure before I got on the bed and asking how I wanted to proceed. Thoroughly recommend Thanks xx

I cannot recommend Mercedez highly enough nothing I write here will be justification for just how amazing this lady is! Kind friendly beautician reassuring on waxing that’s never been done before! Even with my mobility issues so accomadating even understanding that I had to bring one of my children with me to today’s appointment! Honestly, if any, if ever in doubt this is the lady to book with!

I having been visiting Mercedez for nearly a year now, for my nails , which always look fantastic. Very friendly and professional , explains every thing to you. Mercedez even gave me the confidence to have my brows waxed and tinted after a bad experience else where. I would highly recommend

I love getting my nails done with Mercedez. They're long lasting, and done so professionally. I love the range of colours. My last set survived sun, sea, beach and swimming pool without a single chip. So pleased with them.
