Absolutely 💯 professional. I had nails mini ped and I Intmate wax, that iv not the wax in years. Felt comfortable and Mercedes was professional throuought explaining the procedure before I got on the bed and asking how I wanted to proceed. Thoroughly recommend Thanks xx

I cannot recommend Mercedez highly enough nothing I write here will be justification for just how amazing this lady is! Kind friendly beautician reassuring on waxing that’s never been done before! Even with my mobility issues so accomadating even understanding that I had to bring one of my children with me to today’s appointment! Honestly, if any, if ever in doubt this is the lady to book with!
