I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I had such a lovely experience with Sophie! She was so warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I’m really glad I decided to try the dipping nails — there were so many gorgeous colours to choose from! Sophie did a fantastic job, and I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out.

Absolutely brilliant service from Dani. My nails and brows are amazing. Super friendly and professional, and in a great location with parking available. The salon is welcoming and a lovely atmosphere.
