Originally was just booked at 5pm for a gel french manicure but needed a last minute lash fill as well. Lisa was willing to stay late until 9pm to fit me in for the additional service. If that's not going above and beyond for a long term customer; I don't know what is! Been going to Lisa for over 2 years now (mainly for nails) and she never disappoints! Not only is she personable, but she is good at what she does and is definitely worth the price! Would 100% recommend to anyone:)

I’ve been going to Mona for over 3 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else. Her work is always clean, high-quality, and beautiful. She’s incredibly kind, the salon is spotless, and I fully trust her taste—she always surprises me with amazing designs. Her whole team is also fantastic. Truly the best nail salon in Vancouver. Highly recommend!

In for a quick pick me up this morning; express manicure and a brow tint. Shakila is fantastic !! Eyebrows came out darker than i was expecting and Shakila took the time to make an adjustment for me. She was thorough and truly cared that i walk away with what I wanted. LOVE this place.

Upscale Nail Studio is truly the best place I’ve found on the mainland for flawless manicures and pedicures. The staff are consistently kind, accommodating, and professional every time I visit. My mom and I had Lux Gel Mani/Pedi + Massage today. We both loved it. The technicians were friend and professional. They checked in throughout to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the services. We felt very pampered.
