Rhea was absolutely amazing she did my classic pedicure and French nails with so much care and perfection and she was incredibly gentle and detailed and Reem at the reception was truly wonderful she welcomed me with so much warmth and made the whole experience even better and honestly everyone there was great and professional and I really appreciated how kind and attentive the whole team was and this is definitely going to be my favorite salon🩵😍😍

This spa truly exceeded my expectations, I just came back from a long trip and I needed some self care and I came across this spa, let me start by the lash service I did with rayza, she gave me exactly the look I wanted, took her time to make them stunning and so natural, then the lovely Madelyn came in for a Russian manicure and pedicure, she was so precise and gave me the most beautiful clean nails while making me feel like a princess, and lastly Nicole came in for the best hot stone massage I ever had with her magical hands!Great thanks to the beautiful ladies for their outstanding service!

Nour does the best manicure, so much attention to details, amazing work, she is my fav 😍 👏 Suggestion to management: consider adding a 10-minute gap between appointments. This would help avoid customer wait times and ensure that those already being served don’t feel rushed or worry about quality being affected. The pressure on staff from back-to-back bookings is noticeable, give them a minute to breathe, it would benefit both the team and the overall customer experience. You could also mix up the music a bit 😊

I had a good experience at this salon. I spent a few hours there and everything was very enjoyable. The hammam was excellent very relaxing and well done. The massage was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, really impressive. I also had a manicure, pedicure and hair drying, all done properly The only small point is that the facilities could use a bit of refreshing. Some walls were slightly damaged, and the areas where steam and water come out could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Overall, the service was great

Our experience was great! I booked so easily through the Fresha app and took appointments for my daughters. The girls came back super happy! It was my first experience today i got a pedicure and manicure + nail art with helen and it was amazing!! Everything was perfect except that there was a technical issue and the timing wasn’t very accurate I had to wait 35 minutes past my appointment I’d appreciate better time management next time But overall everything was great and the reception staff were so nice and sweet they dealt with the situation very kindly coming again

This is my second time in the Salon but first time for manicure & padi. As usual welcoming staff and good hospitality, and the staff did my nail so professional . The only thing I comment for me personally the manicure & padi is a relaxation time where I like quiet and praivte space which I can recommend for body focus to consider in the future, as I didn’t find it cool to be on same section where hair blow and treatment done .
