I’m just traveling in London so I was worried about finding a good nail salon — Oksana did a beautiful job fixing a broken nail with a gelx and doing a full Russian manicure on the rest. She was really detailed and thorough in her work, checking the nail shape from every angle. Super clean job, I really appreciated it.

Just had my blonde highlights and cut done by the new Artistic Director Gianmarco - What an amazing addition to the team! The finest baby lights I’ve ever had, so natural. One of the best set of highlights I’ve had in London in 18 years! Oh and if you love a bob - his cut is so sharp! - I’ll be back :-)

I had a fantastic experience at LY Beauty London with Yulia! Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was incredibly nice, kind, and patient. Yulia adapted to my needs perfectly, and her touch was incredibly soft. I felt truly pampered and relaxed during my appointment. These ladies are just amazing! All the treatments I have had so far (manicure, pedicure and waxing) have been the best!! I can’t even decide which treatment was the best because all of them were to such a high standard. I must say I am always very worried about trying a new place for waxing but Jana did such an amazing job that made waxing look so easy and painless! Thank you so much ladies, I have now found my go to beautician in London!!

I visited the new SOAK in Fulham and had a Hydrafacial with Lumi Iacob, and it was genuinely one of the best skin treatments I’ve ever had. The space feels calm, beautifully designed, and instantly relaxing, and Lumi is what truly makes the experience special. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, and she explained every step of the Hydrafacial in a way that felt both reassuring and personalised. My skin looked brighter, cleaner, and noticeably more hydrated straight away. SOAK is such a welcome addition to Fulham, and Lumi is a real standout. I’ll definitely be back.

Yilmaz is at the top of the London hair cutting and styling business. I went in today looking and feeling very low after a recent bereavement. Great! Alisson really listed to my requests and gave me exactly what I asked for. He took the time to show me alternate ways of styling my new haircut. I love it! He and all of the staff were very personable, sharing recommendations for some of their favorite local restaurants with us as they knew that we were visiting. Will return next time I am in London.

Tina was very welcoming and kind, and did a great job with my nails. She tidied up my cuticles without a single one bleeding (which happens almost always with most nail techs) and applied the polish soooo evenly!! She also did everything so quickly and efficiently but without compromising care or quality. Honestly one of the best nail techs I’ve come across in London, I’ll definitely be back soon for my gel removal and future treatments. Thank you Tina!! 🥰
