Nurse Claire was so lovely! Everything was explained really well for my Botox treatment, I felt really comfortable! Ive been getting my injectables at Be You for over 2 years and will only ever go here! They are the best!

Great experience today at Optimal Recovery! I feel much more confident that I’ll make it to the Leeds Half Marathon despite a few recent niggles. Highly recommend paying a visit if you need help understanding how to treat an injury in preparation for an upcoming sports event!

I recently had cryotherapy, Annie was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring about the procedure. The space was very calming and made for a great experience all round.

Would not go anywhere else for all my aches pains and strains. Always recommend Dom at Optimal Recovery to friends and family. He keeps me going in my physical job as my body gets battered and bruised. I have always had great advice diagnosis , always professional and friendly with aftercare excercises and stretching to aid my recovery.. I cannot recommend Optimal Recovery enough. Precise diagnosis with truthful expectations on Recovery time so if you ever need physio this is the place to go. Thanks again for the consultation last night and the treatment.

Went to 4 other chiropodists who did not sort out my problem, however crossgate chiropody and therapy centre sorted my problem without any fuss, well done.

Very happy with the result, l have every confidence in Annie and feel great with the overall affect.

Raj did all the necessary care but also took time to check my feet and explained what was going on with a problem I have, he also advised me which route to go down if my bunion got worse. He also visits my 91 year old mum at home and takes good care of her feet. He is very kind and caring towards her, she enjoys his visits. The reception staff are very friendly and always try to accommodate you. Whatever therapy you go for you know you’ll be greeted in a nice way and feel looked after.
