Well worth crossing the Pennines for! I treated myself to a holistic massage. Emma gave the perfect amount of pressure and totally blissed me out. My only criticism is that it came to an end!

I felt held cared for and validated. Listened to and understood. I was in less physical pain after leaving and so much calmer and in control of what life is currently throwing at me. I also have taken away techniques to calm me just through my breathing.

I honestly can’t recommend Ryan enough. I came in with ongoing knee pain and feeling quite anxious about movement, but he was so reassuring, patient and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt rushed. He gave me a list of rehab exercises that won’t strain my knee . It made such a difference having someone who actually listens and cares about your recovery.
