Do we have a 6 star rating? They don't call it Advanced Bodywork for nothing. This wasn't my first massage with Sheila and it certainly won't be the last. If you haven't tried the Lymphatic Massage it is truly something. Inside and out!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was visiting town and struggling with severe neck pain, and Chad was kind enough to fit me in for a 90-minute massage. He was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout, checking in to make sure the pressure and focus areas were just right. This was truly the most effective massage I’ve ever had for pain relief — I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Highly recommend Chad if you’re looking for someone who really knows how to listen to your body and make a difference.

I had an amazing massage with Sheila today. I suffer with chronic pain issues. She explained what she'd be working on and how but I truly didn't understand until she just did it and omg, I feel like a new person afterwards! Her understanding of the body is amazing. Lexi was recommended to me for energy work and I am grateful I scheduled a 90 minute appointment with her. I was having challenges moving past a number of emotional blockages. Lexi explained in detail her approach and answered my questions before starting. I experienced an ease within the body and the mind that grew during the appt. Afterwards, she shared what what presented to her and how she addressed the energies. She was spot on in detail about all the blockages I have been experiencing. Lexi has an angelic energy and the profound ability to accelerate the mind and bodies vibrant health.

Sheila was fabulous! I have had many massages over the years. My wife and I are believes in the benefits and get them regularly, at least once per month and to avoid jet lag from international travel. Sheila's technique and transitions were amazing. Sheila is amazing. I have been going to her for years and she has helped my body so much. Every time I see her with anything acute that is going on in my body, she always takes the time to work out whatever is going on. She has a healing touch for sure. Everyone at Jasmine Body is thorough and they are in this profession to help and heal. You can feel that the second you walk into the lovely space.
