Do we have a 6 star rating? They don't call it Advanced Bodywork for nothing. This wasn't my first massage with Sheila and it certainly won't be the last. If you haven't tried the Lymphatic Massage it is truly something. Inside and out!

Amazing experience every time! Shiela is an incredibly talented massage therapist with such great energy. From the moment you walk in, she is professional, welcoming, and truly attentive. She always takes the time to understand what your body needs and never rushes—often spending extra time to make sure everything feels just right. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I arrived. She is truly excellent at what she does, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was visiting town and struggling with severe neck pain, and Chad was kind enough to fit me in for a 90-minute massage. He was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout, checking in to make sure the pressure and focus areas were just right. This was truly the most effective massage I’ve ever had for pain relief — I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Highly recommend Chad if you’re looking for someone who really knows how to listen to your body and make a difference.

I had an amazing massage with Sheila today. I suffer with chronic pain issues. She explained what she'd be working on and how but I truly didn't understand until she just did it and omg, I feel like a new person afterwards! Her understanding of the body is amazing. My massage was excellent. I highly recommend. I had 90 minute deep tissue and it was amazing.. She gets out the knots. A great massage experience….and I have had a lot of massages. She is right up there with the best.

Sheila was fabulous! I have had many massages over the years. My wife and I are believes in the benefits and get them regularly, at least once per month and to avoid jet lag from international travel. Sheila's technique and transitions were amazing. I do not do a lot of reviews like this. I can tell you it was stellar. Today, the dat after, I am feeling very balanced and ready for the world. Thank you Sheila!

I knew my back and neck was stiff and hurt, but omg after the massage I felt like a different person, I felt like my blood flow was sooooo much better. I wish I could remember the guy's name but I'm horrible with names, but he made me feel comfortable, professional and relaxes. Most definitely have to get more massages.
