The follow-up care advice was explained clearly. The shop itself is very modern, up-to-date, and very clean. Rabia, my consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took a keen interest in understanding my needs and skin issues. Overall, the staff are friendly, respectful, and provided a great experience. Highly recommend.
