She explains every step clearly before the procedure, whether it’s Botox or fillers. She is extremely kind, professional, and easy to talk to. Been to Mona twice now, last year for my lips and this time for Botox, plus a top up two weeks after where I needed. My lips have lasted since last November and still look full but natural which is what I wanted! Love the Botox and Mona has been great explaining the placement of the Botox and I am really happy with the results. Always feel comfortable going and trust Mona with any treatment.
