She explains every step clearly before the procedure, whether it’s Botox or fillers. She is extremely kind, professional, and easy to talk to. Mona is a very kind, professional and skilled practitioner. I had a panic attack halfway through my filler treatment and Mona was so incredibly kind and looked after me. Although I said I was feeling better after 30 mins Mona did not proceed with the treatment and advised needed to rest and recuperate in the treatment room. whist checking on me every few minutes in between her other appointments she bought me lunch and made sure I was hydrated only when she felt I was ok 2hours later did she finished off my fillers and all I can say is I am amazed at the results and her amazing empathy. Xx

This place is amazing. I have treatments here before but because they are all so good I couldn’t get an appointment quick and because I am going on holiday stupidly decided to try somewhere else. The biggest mistake ever. What a mess they made of my face. So I called into BeYou Leeds for some advice as was really upset and Haddassah looked at me then saw me between patients and dissolved my fillers.
