I have recently had my lips filled and Botox for the first time. Rachel is very friendly, warm and put me at ease. She's very experienced and I felt safe and reassured in her hands. I'm over the moon with my lips as they weren't previously straight and Rachel has done an outstanding job. I'm waiting for the Botox to kick in but I'm sure I will continue to be impressed.
